Authentic Adventures Launches Cooking Holidays
'It's been three years since Authentic Adventures moved to Bond's Mill and we love it here - our offices are finished to a high specification, the atmosphere is very friendly and it's a convenient location for all of our staff.
Authentic Adventures specialise in group activity holidys, with professional tutors and local tour leaders. We travel to stunning locations all over the world and in 2014 we are travelling to twelve new locations worldwide - a record for us! To name a few our locations include Hebrides, Sri Lanka, Himalayas, France, Puglia, La Gomera, Istanbul, Lake Como. This year our company celebrates its 15th Anniversary and we've come a long way since selling walking holidays in Andalucia. Over time we have introduced painting holidays, singing holidays and photography holidays.'
'This year sees our launch of Cooking Holidays in Gascony & Puglia, South East Italy. Our cooking holidays are a culinary experience for all to enjoy and include interactive cooking; visits to markets, vineyards and wineries; wine tasting and relaxation in two stunning country houses.
We have just returned from Castelnau des Fieumarcon in the Gers region of Gascony in South West France and spent a wonderful few days exploring the village, visiting local vineyards and learning how to cook Gasgon cuisine! Our guests will stay in France's only, privately owned, fortified 17th century village, with fifteen carefully restored cottages within its walls, and we will run all of our activities from this location.'
