Phase 1 of Frome House office scheme completed

The building was formerly used as a carpet warehouse and comprises a two bay single storey metal roof truss and brick structure.

Phase 1 of the scheme involving demolition of part of the unit has been completed, together with improvements to the existing traffic route and road layout. Phase 2 will consist of refurbishment and alterations to the remainder of the building and development of a new two storey extension to create an office building to meet a specific occupier’s requirements. On completion the building would provide approximately 7700 sq ft (net internal area) of office accommodation.
